Strategic Entrepreneurship (SE) is defined as “the efforts of a firm to combine effective opportunity seeking behaviour (i.e., entrepreneurship) with effective advantage-seeking behaviour (i.e., strategic management)” (Ireland et al. 2003).The goal in this module is to look at the intersection of strategic management and entrepreneurship concepts to understand the balance between opportunity-seeking and advantage-seeking behaviours.
