You’ll examine the legal and regulation issues associated with Global Business at an advanced level, particularly where transnational corporate assets and liabilities are located in multiple jurisdictions.

You’'ll address how relevant legal and regulatory frameworks are shaped, and how they have evolved through judicial practice. Potential topics focusing on current global business challenges include:

  • foreign-cubed litigation
  • reverse mergers
  • global settlement
  • compliance relating to litigation in terms of global governance.

You’ll also develop an interdisciplinary understanding of the global context of operations of transnational businesses.
