Globalisation brings a lot of complex issues, from how big international companies are regulated to ensuring fair work conditions and dealing with governments that limit people's freedoms.

This module asks a big question: How does the law help or hurt in solving these global issues in a way that lasts and meets international standards?

We'll take a close look at some of the biggest problems at the crossroads of globalisation, law, and long-term sustainability. We'll use examples from laws about work, trade, moving from one country to another, and protecting basic rights.

This module will keep up with the latest legal changes and make sure you can dive into the most relevant and pressing issues in law today.
