This is a module designed to develop your research skills, handling of data and understanding of neuroscience techniques. You will collect data using a range of laboratory techniques or simulations that address specific questions related to neuroscience. These exercises will be placed in a wider context of material covered in other modules.
Module learning outcomes
- Analyse and interpret data sets obtained from a variety of experimental approaches
- Develop an understanding how different techniques can be used to assess the structure and function of the nervous system
- Present experimental data in the form of a mini scientific paper
