Our group fitness programme is designed to allow you to find the perfect workout to suit your goals.
We take pride in being able to provide one of the largest and most diverse group fitness programmes in the south east. Quality instruction and teaching is at the heart of every class and you'll benefit from the energy that group training brings. We believe we have a group fitness class for everyone.

All of our in-person classes are free with Gold and Silver Sussexsport membership.
If you're a Bronze member or a non-member, you can pay per class. Download our price list for pay-and-play options: Sussexsport Price List 2022 [PDF 89.26KB].
- Can I book online?

Yes, all of our classes must be booked in advance and you can book your place online, by phone or in person at the reception desks at the Sport Centre and Falmer Sports Complex.

- Aerial Yoga: 9.30am - 10.30am

Move between yoga postures using a low-hanging wide aerial silk, hung like a hammock, to give flowing movements that relax and stretch the body.
Long sleeves and long trousers recommended wear, but not essential. Please wear clothing with no zips or buckles, and remove watches and jewellery prior to each class.

Ahead of your class
- Please let reception know that you have arrived for your class so that we can register your attendance
- If you have booked your place and fail to attend, arrears will show on your account and you will be unable to carry out any other bookings until these arrears have been paid
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration and if you have any injuries or problems then discuss these with the instructor before the class
- Please make sure to arrive ahead of the class start time. Entry will be denied if you are more than 10 minutes late
- We ensure that all instructors are fully qualified and experienced. However, all participants take part in any activity at their own risk.
Waiting Lists
If a class is fully booked you have the option of going on the waiting list, just ask at the Sport Centre or Falmer Sports Complex reception. We will attempt to contact you if a place becomes available, so please make sure we have your correct contact details. Please note that being on a waiting list does not guarantee you a place, but is to note your interest in case a place becomes available.
