
Our group exercise and courses programme offers you the outstanding choice of more than 60 sessions a week in classes such as spin, yoga, pilates, dance, zumba, trapeze and mountain biking (the latest addition to our popular programme).
We offer membership packages at excellent rates to suit the needs of the regular and infrequent user. You are also welcome as a non-member.
