Closures and Cancellations

From now until the end of term our Strength and Core classes will be replaced by PiYo due to staff leave.

From the start of the Autumn term there will be essential roof maintenance works happening at the Falmer Sports Complex and this will take place throughout the term. There will be some disruption to the facility , that will affect access and use of specific areas, but the work will be staggered to minimise this disruption at our busiest times.

In addition there will be reduced parking during the duration of the work, but we are working to secure additional parking elsewhere on campus to support our users. 

We will communicate which areas will be impacted and provide as much notice as possible.

Important Upcoming Closure Dates

The Sport Centre will be closed for Christmas between the 22nd December and 2nd January. It will reopen as normal from 3rd January.

The Falmer Sports Complex will be closed from the 22nd December to 1st January EXCEPT for the 27th and 29th December when it will be open 10am-4pm. It will reopen as normal on 2nd January.

General updates 

The iScuba app is now back up and running! You can also book courts and classes online or at reception.

We are now offering BUCS UNIversal membership to 4 month Gold student members, as well as annual Gold student members. This scheme gives you access to 80 gyms nationwide at no extra cost. Find out more here.

Work on our small 3G pitch is now complete and it is reopen for bookings (members and non-members welcome). Phone reception on 01273 678228 to book.
