Bosede Ngozi Adeleye

‘I owe immense gratitude to my academic advisor, Professor Alan Winters, who said to me “Ngozi, you can turn this around.” And I did!’ Bosede Ngozi Adeleye studied an International Economics MSc at Sussex and is now a member of faculty in the Economics department at Covenant University in Nigeria.

With over 12 years of banking experience behind her, Ngozi decided to come to Sussex to study for an International Economics MSc.

She enjoyed her time here but found being in the UK for the first time, with its different teaching methods, very challenging. That is until her tutor gave her the boost she needed. ‘I owe immense gratitude to my academic advisor, Professor Alan Winters, who said to me “Ngozi, you can turn this around.” And I did!’ She finished her studies among the top students in her class.

Returning to Nigeria, Ngozi is now a member of faculty in the Economics Department of Covenant University. She is also the creator of Crunch Econometrix, a digital platform designed to teach hands-on econometrics to millions of learners across the world.
