Studying at the SCCS involves registering for a degree at one of the participating schools (Informatics, Psychology, or BSMS). 4-Year Ph.D. Programme in Neuroscience
Sussex Neuroscience has a highly popular and competitive 4-Year Ph.D. Programme, which provides a first year of lab rotations before the student decides on their primary research focus. Scholarships are available for this programme, and students who are accepted on the programme will be able to study within the Sackler Centre. Applications for 2023 entry are now open.
Ph.D./M.Phil. in InformaticsThe Department of Informatics supervises research degrees in all areas of faculty specialism, across computer science, artificial intelligence, bio-inspired computing, cognitive (neuro) science, digital media technologies, and human-computer interaction.
