This workshop will explore the relationship between the emergent properties of conscious subjects and the material structures and interactions from which, they arise.

We'll focus on how complex systems across various domains generate emergent phenomena that are irreducible
to, yet fundamentally dependent on, the organisation of their underlying materiality.
