Researching for your Dissertation
Not sure where to start your research? Drowning in too many results and not sure how to narrow them down? This session is for you.
As you begin your dissertation, your literature review needs to be built on the strongest foundations possible—and that starts with finding the best academic sources.
In this practical, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to search smarter using Library Search and other powerful research tools. We’ll show you how to locate high-quality, relevant academic material quickly and effectively—saving you time and helping you build a well-informed, focused argument.
If you are unable to attend any of the dissertation workshops this term, we've created an online version of the session. If you have any questions, please get in touch at library.training@sussex.ac.uk.
If this session looks fully booked, please feel free to come along on the day anyway.
