In March 2015, Geography staff, students, former students and friends gathered to celebrate Professor Russell King’s 70th birthday. The event was the perfect occasion to mark the tremendous impact Russell’s work has had on Geography and on Migration Studies more broadly. Contributions were received from around the world for a commemorative book, discussing the contribution he has made over the years.
