This module develops professional, theoretical and pedagogic knowledge and practical skills for working in the broad field of education, supporting the learning of children, young people or older adults. Combined, these will develop your understanding of, for example, how to build professional relationships with learners; create a trusting learning environment; establish the types of talk that most support learning; use creative, engaging methods, including technology, to support learning; policies and practices of the local learning context and, where relevant, the national/international context.
