Join us at the Active Arches in January 2026 for sessions to calm your mind and recharge your body.

Take a respite from your revision this January. Join us in the Active Arches for a series of Rest and Recharge sessions, specifically designed to calm your mind and restore your energy.

From immersive sound baths and mindful breathing to gentle, restorative yoga, these £2 sessions are open to all students. No previous experience is required, and you are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and recharged from the inside out.

The Active Arches are conveniently located next to the Student Centre, these sessions run throughout January on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday lunchtimes.
