Additional information

-        The main Conference venue, for sessions in the morning and early afternoon will be the Meeting House (B3 in our Campus Map. The Meeting House Building is just after Falmer House, i. e. the main building on entering our university Campus). Other afternoon sessions will be in Arts A 102 (B4 in our Campus Map).

-        The Conference is in-person only.

-        All our conference spaces are equipped with PPT facilities for computer projection and with ports for memory sticks. Mac users who intend to use their own computers are reminded of the need to bring special adaptors.

-        The allocated time for each panel speaker is 20 minutes, though the panel chair may allow 25 minutes if needed. It is advisable to leave some time at the end of each panel for questions, but we leave it to the panel chair to decide to divert any questions to the ensuing coffee break, should this be necessary to finish the session on time. 

-        In the event that speakers are unable to attend after having registered, the Conference organizers regret that we are unable to process refunds, although we can read papers of absent speakers.
