The Media, Arts, and Humanities Research Away Day for faculty is an opportunity for us to gather and discuss research, connecting our individual research efforts to our collective endeavour as a research-intensive School.
Through an exciting schedule of sessions, we'll update you on developments in the Research Portfolio (including REF2029 planning) and SDHL, and discuss topics such as Open Access, EDI and external funding, all in the dedicated research spaces available in the Silverstone building - the home of our MAH Research Institute.
Come to vote on next year’s Institute activities, to feast on fine food (lovely Cashew catering again) and drink, and to learn about the fabulous research of your MAH colleagues.
Faculty will be arranged into two groups, which will then visit different parts of the Silverstone building for a variety of sessions. The day will start with coffee and croissants in SB314 (Level 3 social space). Lunch will be served from 12:15 in the SHL Digital conservatory/garden, where drinks and nibbles will be served from 4pm to end the day with a social. Exact timings will be emailed to you.
Please register for your place via TicketTailor.
