Media, Arts and Humanities Research Conversations bring together groups of faculty and PGRs around shared areas of research interest. They are informal, with the primary aim of encouraging connections and potentially sparking new ideas and collaborations. Each of the three themes has a facilitator and runs for an hour and a half.
This set of three parallel conversations will take place on Wednesday 21 February from 1.30-3pm in Silverstone and the three themes are:
Animals, Childhood/Youth and Coast/Region
Refreshments plus excellent cake will follow in the social from 3-5pm.
Don’t worry if you feel torn between themes: choose one and you will be able to catch up with the discussion in the other groups via the summary reports on the Media, Arts and Humanities Institute website. Equally, don’t worry if you don’t feel your work connects to these three areas; there will be three new themes in the next event.
Please register for a place with your Sussex email address via Ticketsource by Friday 16 Feb (to give us a sense of numbers for catering). Please only book a place at one session, as they all take place at the same time:
