Getting to campus
The University page on getting to campus has full information on traveling to campus.
The campus is well served by public transport with Falmer Station next to campus and a frequent bus service (about every 5 minutes during termtime).
Alternatively, for cyclists there are cycle lanes leading to the University.

Getting to the Library
By Bicycle:There are purpose built cycle lanes along Lewes Road connecting the University to Brighton city centre. It takes about 25 minutes to cycle from Brighton to campus. On campus there are various areas to park bicycles, the closest to the Library is at Falmer House.
By train: from Falmer Station, follow the path under the A27 and on to campus. Continue straight ahead courtyard. Once you reach the square the Library is on your left. The walk will take around 10 minutes.
By bus: alight at the first campus stop between the Sport Centre and Falmer House. Walk towards Falmer House (facing the direction the bus is traveling, it is ahead on your left) and then follow the main path through the courtyard. Once past Falmer House the Library is on the left.
Parking on campus is limited and there is normally a daily parking charge for visitors. For full details see the University parking information page (note the sections on the left, including one for Visitors).
Parking for official Library visitors
By prior arrangement, visitors attending the Library on business, may request a parking scratchcard. Please contact either your host at the Library or email email@example.com in advance of your visit. On arrival at the campus, please park in the visitors' car park opposite Sussex House (postcode BN1 9RH) and then go to the Sussex House reception desk where a scratchcard to use for parking will be ready for you to collect.
If directed to part at the Library loading bay follow signs to Car Park 7, just before the car park there is a turning to the left which leads to a slope down to the loading bay.
