Student social sport and fitness activities

Active US is our social sports programme, designed for students by other students. 

If you’re new to sport or want to try something different, check out our weekly wellbeing activities during term time - with no commitment, no membership and no experience needed.

Take part in casual social sessions, join our development groups or have some friendly competition in our weekly leagues; whatever you choose there's plenty of opportunity to play and progress.

We’ve added some new safety measures to make sure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience. This means extra sessions for shorter times, so that we can have fewer people in each activity to ensure safe social distancing and to give us time to regularly clean equipment.

You’ll also need to book ahead of every session you’d like to attend. You can do this quickly and easily using the University’s online shop.
