Active US

Student social sport and fitness activities

Active US is our social sports programme - designed for students, by students.

This programme is all about participation and inclusivity, we want to get as many students active as possible in a laid back, friendly and commitment free environment.

Take part in casual social sessions, join our development groups or have some friendly competition in our weekly leagues; whatever you choose there's plenty of opportunity to play and progress.

Our fun social sessions cost just £2 - with no commitment, no membership and no experience needed.

If you’re new to sport or want to try something different, check out our weekly wellbeing activities during term time.

We run weekly sessions for...

  • Volleyball *
  • Basketball
  • Badminton
  • Football
  • Squash
  • Netball
  • Table tennis
  • Yoga

We also run a variety of exciting one off events like Rainbow Laces, UV Night, beach volleyball and much more. For more information you can like our Facebook page and follow us on Twitter and Instagram. To book your place, visit our online shop.

*Our volleyball sessions fill up fast so please book your space online! It is unlikely that there will be tickets left to purchase in person on the day.
