How to Register : STFC Introductory Summer School in Astronomy : Astronomy Centre : University of Sussex

To register for the introductory school please complete the form below.

For students about to begin an STFC-funded studentship, the STFC will cover directly the costs of registration, accommodation and all meals. STFC-funded students will also be reimbursed for reasonable travel costs; these should be claimed directly from STFC. Further details will be provided during the School.

We have places available for students not funded by STFC, and encourage such students to attend as well. The cost for non-STFC students is £500, which covers registration and all accommodation, meals, refreshments and social events. Non-STFC students should register using the same registration form, and additionally arrange an e-mail from their supervisor or admissions tutor to Richard Chambers at r.j.chambers@sussex.ac.uk confirming that their institution supports their attendance and will pay the fee. Travel is not included and non-STFC students will need to reclaim that from their university.
