This module engages with the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, big data analytics and cloud computing, to manage contemporary challenges business face in the digital era. It critically assesses:

  • the use of these technologies to drive digital transformation
  • the role they play in business strategies for innovation
  • the ways they implicate the organisation of work and affect people and teams
  • how they impact on economic, social and environmental sustainability.
