My main research areas are

• early modern history of science
• the life and writings of Isaac Newton
• digital research methods in history
• theories of digital editing

Other research interests include the history of physics (from the early Greeks to modern Quantum Field theories), the history of science and religion, the history of the book and print culture, and the history of medicine.
