What is this?

Biography

I was previously employed by Brighton & Hove City Council, where I managed Teenage Pregnancy and Substance Misuse Projects, as part of the government's national agenda for social inclusion. Prior to working in social inclusion, my background was in student welfare.

Role

My role involves coordinating projects which support students in their transition into Higher Education and academic life at the University of Sussex.

I am currently  working on the Study Success at Sussex (S3)  website to develop interactive, online tutorials related to core academic skills (e.g., referencing, note taking, styles of writing etc).

I am also coordinating the development of Skillclouds at the University of Sussex. Skillclouds uses technology to help students understand the skills they are developing on their degree programme.
