You will be happy to hear that the gyms at both the Falmer Sports Complex and University of Sussex Sport centre have recently undergone a fantastic refurbishment and redesign.

Over the last 12-18 months we have listened and gathered feedback about our fitness room experience and offer. Over the last few days we have upgraded both of our fitness rooms with the latest Life Fitness resistance and cardiovascular fitness equipment.

The upgrade across both sites includes:

• An additional 8 resistance machines at the Falmer Sports Complex that includes more cable options.
• An upgrade of resistance machines at the Sport Centre
• 3 x new Cross Trainers and 2 x Total Body Arc's at the Falmer Sports Complex
• Added 2 new treadmills at the Sport Centre

Still to come: We will be adding 3 x new plate loaded glute drives across both sites during next week and in early April we will be adding 2 x new leg press machines at the Falmer Sports Complex and adding a leg press to the Sport Centre.
