As of next week (w/c 13th November) our lunchtime yoga and pilates sessions will all be 45 minutes long, starting at 5 minutes past the hour. This is to make it easier for staff members to join us, by allowing time to get changed before and after sessions, and to get to the Sport Centre from wherever they're based on campus.
We hope as many staff as possible take this opportunity to prioritise their wellbeing!
