Biography

Arash received his BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Sussex in 2013, and his PhD degree from the same university in 2018. His PhD work focused on the development of novel electric field sensing technologies based on the Electric Potential Sensor (EPS) for applications in semiconductor imaging, electrostatic charge imaging, non-contact electric potential microscopy and instrumentation. He is currently designing electronics for innovative acoustic interfaces at the Aurora Lab within the Department of Informatics. He is also involved in developing flexible sensors and analogue conditioning circuits at the Sensor Technology Research Centre (STRC) within the Engineering and Design Department.
