Many new models of computation have emerged over the years to meet the demands of modelling new features or new concepts in programming languages. Rarely do we find a model that becomes a programming paradigm. The aim of this talk is to show how a fine-grained model of computation can be used directly as a programming language, where properties of algorithms, such as space and time usage, can be visibly seen. In this Work In Progress Seminar, I will report on some work done and give some directions for future work.
