The University has this week (Monday 7 March) published its new undergraduate prospectus for 2012 entry.
It has printed thousands more copies than last year, in response to the growing popularity of studying at Sussex and increased student recruitment activity.
Undergraduate applications to Sussex have increased by more than 60% in the past two years, according to figures released in January by UCAS (Universities and Colleges Admissions Service).
The undergraduate prospectus has been launched in print and online at the same time as in previous years; although, as for all English universities, fees and funding information for 2012 entry is still to be finalised. The University expects to publish this information by summer 2011 in the online version of the prospectus (at www.sussex.ac.uk/study/ug).
From 2012 entry, there are opportunities for students on a wide range of non-language degrees to gain proficiency in a language.
The 2012 prospectus is printed on paper from sustainable sources, rather than on recycled paper as in recent years, which allows a lighter weight to be used without compromising the high-quality finish.
