The Sussex Sustainability Research Programme (SSRP) has fostered interdisciplinary research on environmental sustainability and human equity over the last seven years..
In recent years, SSRP’s research has focussed on six themes: Ecosystems, Rights and Justice, Planetary Health, South Coast Sustainability, Sustainable Climate and Food Systems, and Sustainability Frontiers. This report reflects each of these themes and while it doesn't cover every SSRP project, it is a comprehensive document of innovative, impactful and international SSRP research.
In the first half of the launch, held in the Convening Space at the Institute of Development Studies, members of our brilliant research community will give overviews of our key themes and we will discuss next steps for SSRP.
In the second hour, you are invited to enjoy drinks and canapes while networking in the IDS reception area and roof terrace.
