This hybrid session will show how research impact is supported through engagement with innovation and commercialisation activity
The evidence: Head of Business Partnerships, Kate Thorpe and Research Impact Managers Dr James Morland and Dr Chris Machell begin the workshop by sharing the evidence gleaned from REF case studies at Sussex and beyond to show how engagement with innovation and commercialisation has supported research impact.
Sussex stories: Academics will share their own examples illustrating how different methods of knowledge exchange and innovation activity have supported their research impact
Discussion: A panel of Academics and Professional Services colleagues will join a panel to explore further questions from the audience
Impact clinic & networking: There will be the opportunity for attendees to discuss ideas for impact activities after the workshop one to one
