Art History Alumni Reunion

We are delighted to invite you back to the University of Sussex for a special reunion for all Art History alumni, across the decades. Join us on Saturday 12 July at 10.30am on the University campus for a day to explore the artistic highlights of our campus and connect with Professors and friends old and new.
Here are the event highlights:
Welcome: Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sasha Roseneil, will open the event over coffee.
In conversation with: Colin McKenzie (BA Hons Art History 1987 and formerly of The Charleston Trust, the National Gallery and the Barbican Centre) will host a conversation with Gilane Tawadros - Director of the Whitechapel Gallery and renowned art historian, curator and writer.
Lunch: Enjoy a delicious barbecue with a variety of options for all.
Campus art tour: Discover the rich artistic landscape of the University of Sussex through a guided tour led by Professor Alistair Grant - expert in modern and contemporary art and long-time champion of the university’s visual culture.
Our day programme will end at 4pm but you are welcome to stay longer to continue the reunion fun.
Ticket information
Early Bird Price: £30 (for tickets purchased before 2 June).
Standard Price: £40 (for tickets purchased after 2 June).
For the first time, we are offering the chance to stay overnight (Friday 11 and / or Saturday 12 July) in the East Slope redevelopment for just £72.60 per person, per night. This includes a single ensuite room with use of a communal lounge area, tea and coffee making facilities, towel, toiletries and a complimentary breakfast.
