Professor Jeremy Hall joins University of Sussex Business School as Director of Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU)

Professor Jeremy Hall
Prior to joining the Business School, Jeremy was Director of the Centre for Social Innovation Management at Surrey Business School, and former Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, a highly impactful technology and innovation management journal. He previously held a Professorship at the Beedie School of Business and a Lectureship at SPRU.
On his appointment, Professor Hall said: “I am delighted to be returning to Sussex as Director of SPRU, with its outstanding research expertise in sustainability and innovation, tackling real world problems from government, business and civil society perspectives.”
Jeremy’s research and teaching interests include the social impact and unanticipated outcomes of innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainable supply chains, social inclusion, strategies for sustainable development innovation and responsible management.
