Veronica Wong, Professor of Marketing in the School of Business, Management and Economics, has just begun a two-year term as President of the European Marketing Academy (EMAC). She is the first female professor from a UK institution to hold this position.

The association, managed by the Brussels-based European Institute of Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM), has more than 1,000 members - from more than 57 different countries - who are involved in marketing theory and research.
