Sussex Marketing students interviewing Gary Baxter, CEO of Four Corners Cafe
Sussex students on the BSc Marketing and Management have inspired the owner of a renowned London travel cafe to think about future plans for his own business.
The students travelled to London to interview Gary Baxter, CEO of the Four Corners Cafe in Waterloo, as part of a strategic marketing plan they are writing about the business.
Mr Baxter commented:
'I really enjoy discussing my business with the students since it makes me stop what I am doing and think about its future.'
Mr Baxter opened Four Corners in 2013 with the aim of establishing the first travel cafe in London. In 2015, the business won the title 'Best Coffee Shop in the UK' at the 2015 Coffee Stop Awards, as well as the award for 'Best Coffee Shop on Social Media'.
