A practical workshop to help University of Sussex students cope before, during and after giving presentations.

We'll talk as a group about what causes presentation anxiety, common fears - and how to challenge them, the impact of presentation anxiety, and skills to help manage it.

There is no expectation for students to speak out loud during this workshop, but any engagement you feel comfortable with will be treated sensitively and non-judgementally - to help people begin overcoming their presentation anxiety.
