Jacinda Humphry: Chief Financial Officer
Biography
Jacinda joined the University in January 2024. She is an experienced and CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualified public sector finance, commercial and risk professional.
Before working at Sussex, Jacinda operated at executive level across a number of government departments, including holding Financial Director roles at the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.
Jacinda was awarded a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Sociology by the University of Warwick.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jacinda leads the Finance division providing a full range of financial services to schools and professional services. Jacinda is a member of the University Executive Team and leads proposals to Council on financing and financial strategy.
