  • governance of project-based organisations and international projects.

  • Analyse the management process with a focus on the business environment in which a firm operates.
  • Apply tools and techniques to evaluate a firm’s competitiveness in the business and technological environment.
  • Evaluate the significance of quality, innovation processes and security risks within a firm for the successful delivery of projects, programmes and portfolios.
  • Explain how projects contribute to the overall business environment.
