You will explore sleep and its impact on wellbeing.

You’ll look at topics including:

  • the biological underpinnings of sleep
  • sleep across the lifespan
  • sleep and cognition
  • sleep disorders among others.

You will also explore the potential implications of lifestyle and sleep habits on sleep and health. You’ll review various types of animal and human research studies in order to enhance your understanding of the current research in the area of sleep.
