Sussex Future Leaders Scholarship in Law (2019)

The University is delighted to offer a £10,000 scholarship, awarded as a tuition fee reduction, to an outstanding applicant applying to study a Masters in Law, commencing in 2019. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic achievement and leadership experience in your chosen field of study.

Eligibility

To be eligible to apply, you must have accepted an offer of a full time place on one of the following Masters, commencing in 2019:

You are not eligible for this scholarship if you are going to study the following courses:

  • Postgraduate diplomas (including CPE Common Professional Examination)
  • Corruption, Law and Governance LLM (delivered in Qatar)
  • Any Masters funded by the research councils (e.g. those receiving ESRC 1+3 funding)

You cannot receive this scholarship if you are receiving another Sussex scholarship (i.e. Chancellors International Scholarship).

How to apply

The chosen candidate will be expected to demonstrate substantial experience of leadership and compelling future plans related to their chosen field of study. Also, they should be able to provide an excellent account of their intellectual interest and have excellent grades to date.
