Professor Louise Morley was invited to write a paper for the 19th Commonwealth Conference of Education Ministers based on findings on private higher education from the Widening Participation in Higher Education in Ghana and Tanzania research project:

Women in Leadership

A Stimulus Paper for the Leadership Foundation for `higher Education by Professor Louise Morley led to a nationally rolled‐out Aurora programme geared to facilitating women’s recruitment to key leadership roles in HEIs. The programme is now in its 3rd year and 3.500 women have passed through it.
