Based on feedback gathered over the past year, we have just completed an overhaul of the equipment in both our gyms on campus!

Here is what we have done:

• added eight resistance machines at the Falmer Sports Complex including more cable options
• replaced several of the resistance machines in the Sport Centre
• installed three new cross trainers and two total body arcs at the Falmer Sports Complex
• increased the number of treadmills in the Sport Centre gym
• added three new plate-loaded glute drives across both sites.

Plus, we will also be providing three more leg press machines across both sites in the very near future.

We have also relocated our fleet of spin bikes to the dance studio to create more space in the Sport Centre gym, so from now on all of our spin classes will take place there.
