We are pleased to provide a new resource on artificial intelligence to support teaching, learning and assessment at Sussex:

We will continue to add to this resource and are actively seeking examples of AI use in education, so please add to the Padlet linked to on the page. We are also looking for Sussex case studies, so do get in touch with your Learning Technologist or Academic Developer to share your practice. 

This month Turnitin have announced the addition of AI writing detection functionality to their similarity report, Sussex will not have this feature at launch. Once we have access for testing, we will be assessing the tool and taking time to determine whether or not we should adopt it.

As reminder, we strongly recommend students and staff do not using third party detection tools. They have unproven levels of accuracy and may create potential legal issues.
