Part of the series: Multimedia events with Migrating out of Poverty

Film Premiere of Indonesian film 'Mimpi Anak Desa' or 'Small Town, Big Dreams'
It takes time to build up big dreams in a small town: sometimes, it takes generations. Aidha, true to a namesake that means “that to which we aspire”, focuses on the futures of women. To this, the Asia Research Institute adds the aspirations of their children.
On 18 September in Singapore at United World College from 1330-1445, please come along to watch two short films, including the premiere of Small Town, Big Dreams, and Ceria.
A keynote speech will be given by Ms Jacqueline Loh, CEO of AIDHA, on the "multiplier effect" created by Aidha's training programmes for migrant domestic workers.
Researcher, Ms Khoo Choon Yen, from the Asia Research Institute will discuss the research and the media outputs.
