At the Brighthelm Community Centre (North Road, Brighton Town Centre) in the Helm Cafe the arts and writings of 'Queer Crossings' will be on display from Monday 7 Sep to Friday 18 Sep.
Please join us from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday 9 September for a short talk about the exhibition 'Queer Crossings', and the project that created it 'MoVE' by Migrating out of Poverty, University of Sussex interantional partners visiting from the University of Witwatersrand, the African Centre for Migration & Society, Dr Jo Vearey and PhD candidate Ms Elsa Oliveira. There will be drinks and nibbles.

A seven-day multimodal visual arts and narrative writing porject conducted with eleven LGBTIQ asylum seekers and migrants - representing six Afircan countries - who currently live in Johannesburg, South Africa
