Geoff Lockwood Scholarship (2017)

This scholarship, established in 1996 upon the retirement of the University's long-serving Registrar, Dr Geoff Lockwood, is intended to encourage high-calibre graduate applications for MSc programmes.

The scholarship provides a £3,000 award per year towards tuition fees. Only UK applicants are eligible for consideration. There is only one scholarship each year.

The scholarship is rotated between the science and technology schools, the school of Life Sciences and SPRU annually. For the 2017-18 academic year, the Geoff Lockwood Scholarship will be awarded to a student from Life Sciences.

Where awards are made in relation to a fee waiver no fee award will exceed the total fee payable.
