Academic staff members are reminded that the deadline for nominations for academic staff members interested in sitting on the University’s Council is next Friday 7 June at 12.00 noon.

The University’s Council is made up of 25 members, of which 15 are independent, and the remaining ten are staff and students, including two members elected from and by the academic community.

This vacancy has arisen due to the end of Professor Heather Keating’s tenure. The other academic member of staff currently serving on Council is Professor Mario Novelli.
