Job description

The Philosophy Department at the University of Sussex invites applications for a permanent (1.0 FTE) post. We are looking for someone with expertise in post-Kantian philosophy (specifically phenomenology) to contribute to our Undergraduate Curriculum, which includes modules in Existentialism, Phenomenology, Modern European Philosophy, and a final year dissertation module that focusses on a major figure such as Heidegger. Competence in Social Political Philosophy broadly construed is desirable.
