Job description

The Department of Engineering and Design at the University of Sussex is looking to appoint a Lecturer in Engineering with expertise in one or more of the areas of sustainable automotive, materials, manufacturing, mechanical, or robotics engineering. The Department is a part of the School of Engineering and Informatics, which delivers world-class research and high-quality teaching in automotive and mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, product design as well as in computer science.

The successful candidate will have research interests in one or more of the fields mentioned above and will complement the research in one of our research centres and groups.

The successful applicant will also be responsible for devising and delivering teaching for the Department in our automotive, mechanical or robotics courses.
