University of Sussex campus: Live and Learn
Year 1 and year 2 entry
You can progress to a Sussex degree through routes such as studying an International Foundation Year or International Diploma at:
- The International Study Centre International students can study an International Foundation Year or International Year One preparation course. Upon successful completion, students can progress to an undergraduate degree.
- Bellerbys College Brighton
- Kaplan International College
- INTO Study
- Education First (EF)

Clubs, groups and societies
You can choose from more than 200 student-led societies, sports teams and groups at Sussex including:
- International Students' Society
- the Buddy Scheme, which matches new students with current students based on your interests and includes activities and trips
- the Language Café, where you take part in language exchange sessions and other activities.
You can buy international products from our weekly on-campus market, food markets in Brighton and international supermarkets in the city.
On campus, there is a multi-faith chaplaincy, Muslim Student Centre and a Muslim prayer facility. There are also churches, mosques, and other world religion centres in Brighton & Hove.
