Each bedroom contains:
- a bed and mattress (UK single)
- a wardrobe and drawers
- a desk with lamp and chair
- bookshelves
- blinds or curtains
- a mirror.
All kitchens include:
- a cooker
- a fridge freezer

- a toaster
- a microwave.
Bedding and kitchenware are not supplied. Bedding packs can be purchased to collect at your residence. Find out what else to pack for university.
The accommodation fee includes:
- utility bills (water, electricity and gas) and service charges
- regular cleaning of common areas
- contents insurance (basic cover)
- maintenance, management and campus security services.
Main facilities:

- Wi-Fi (as part of a University-wide service).

Construction work
The West Slope development is transforming our campus with new living, wellbeing and social spaces.
The first West Slope accommodation rooms open in September 2026 with construction of additional accommodation and amenities ongoing throughout the academic year 2026-2027 and beyond. A very small number of Lewes Court accommodation rooms are adjacent to the construction site.
Construction hours are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm on Saturday. View our campus map to see where the main construction zone is located.
