Badminton Coaching with ex-Olympian, Heather Olver
As part of Learning at Work Week, take part in this free badminton coaching session, delivered by University of Sussex Head Coach and ex-Olympian, Heather Olver.
Learn basic footwork patterns, brush up on your skills around the net and take part in some fun match play. Racquets and shuttlecocks provided.
This session is suitable for all abilities wanting to learn some stroke structure, doubles positioning, and improve racquet skills.
